This home breaks with monotony, with a curved wall in the social spaces which imitates the natural environment in which it is situated. It is built entirely out ot bamboo, stuccoed on the outside and varnished on the inside, with a smooth concrete floor, colored to match its surroundings. Its efficient use of spaces allows for 3 bedrooms of comfortable size within a modest total area. Like every CASSA home, it integrates all elements of sustainability: rainwater capture, water cistern for storage, pump for redistribution inside the house, solar panels that produce clean and free electricity, LED lighting, gray water separation and reutilization in a family garden, and an underground black water treatment system.
